Spent my Christmas at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The breakfast served was delicious and offered a variety of options to choose from. The view from the room was stunning, overlooking the beautiful port. , the location of the hotel was perfect as there were many shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The workout facility hours were not convenient and the staff at the spa were not friendly. the room cleaning could have been better.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location on the Port allowed us to enjoy beautiful views and easy access to the water. The staff provided exceptional service, from room service to car hire, ensuring our comfort and convenience. The housekeeping and laundry services were top-notch, keeping our rooms clean and fresh. We also took advantage of the airport shuttle and tours/ticket assistance, making our travel experience hassle-free. The room amenities, including the ironing facilities and mini-bar, were a nice touch, and the terrace provided a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hotel's location by the river was beautiful, and it was convenient to have transportation options nearby. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff was accommodating and friendly. But the best part was the breakfast. The spread of fresh fruits and yogurt with granola was delicious, and the variety of juices was impressive. The dinner options were also great and definitely worth trying.

We had a fantastic time staying in a unique repurposed hotel located on the waterfront. We loved the view from our efficiently designed room and even enjoyed shopping in the nearby area over the walkway bridge. the hotel had a big casino, nicely laid out and the staff provided exceptional service. the breakfast offered a wonderful selection of fresh fruits, yogurt, and juices. We found the restaurant to be affordable and very nice.

The workout facility wasn't open when we needed it and we left feeling a little frustrated.

Great breakfast selection and delicious dinner options. the hotel had an amazing view of the city and port, making it the perfect location to relax and enjoy. the casino had a wide variety of high-quality games and the prices at the restaurant were surprisingly affordable.

Some aspects of the hotel were a bit run down, with aging carpets and deteriorating wood in the bathrooms. the cleanliness of the rooms could also use some improvement.
